Marketing Manager Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Pro Audio B2B business across Europe. This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans tailored to Business Solutions verticals, driving awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV installation market, and supporting sales enablement for our distribution and system integrator partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to Business Solutions verticals across Europe
* Drive awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV installation market
* Support sales enablement for our distribution and system integrator partners
* Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content
* Manage PR activities and media relations across Europe with agencies and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate customer events, trade shows, and product demos, including setup and brand representation
* Create compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers)
* Lead the planning and delivery of Audioversity training, both in-person and online
* Act as the key liaison for editors, associations, and industry bodies (e.g. education, corporate AV markets)
Requirements:
* Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field
* Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or installation industries
* Strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in education, conferencing, or hospitality markets
* Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels
* Confident in public speaking, training delivery, and product presentations
* Skilled in content creation, social media, and press/PR activities
* Experience with tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools
