What will you do?
Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and performing
1. Incoming Mail Management
* Receive daily incoming mail and parcels.
* Sort, open (according to internal procedures), and distribute mail to the appropriate departments or recipients.
* Scan and record incoming documents in the document management system or via internal email.
* Notify recipients of any urgent or important deliveries.
2. Outgoing Mail Management
* Collect outgoing mail from various departments.
* Prepare shipments (post, courier, DHL, etc.), ensuring proper postage and documentation.
* Maintain records and tracking for registered or tracked deliveries.
3. Scanning and Archiving
* Digitize incoming and outgoing documents according to internal procedures (naming, indexing, and filing).
* Ensure scanned documents meet quality standards and are properly archived.
* File and store physical originals following company archiving rules.
4. Courier Duties
* Perform external deliveries and collections (banks, public administrations, clients, etc.).
* Ensure timely and confidential delivery of all materials.
* Maintain a professional attitude and good relationships with external contacts during errands.
5. Administrative and Logistical Support
* Assist with general office logistics and daily administrative tasks (reception support, small purchases, internal deliveries, etc.).
* Provide back-up support to other team members when needed.

* Education level: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a similar role (mailroom, administrative support, courier work) is a plus.
* A valid driving license (Category B) is required.
