Junior Banking Job
We are seeking a Junior Banking professional to work on high-level transactions, advising clients on the structuring and ongoing legal management of investment funds. This role involves working with clients to draft, review and negotiate fund documentation.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring legal and regulatory developments that impact fund structures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in banking & finance within a Luxembourg-based law firm. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They must be fluent in English and French, hold a master's degree in law, have knowledge or exposure to regulatory matters (advantageous but not mandatory).
