Tasks
Your tasks at a glance:
Accurate documentation and acceptance of animal consignments, ensuring proper preparation for onward transportation in compliance with regulations, procedures, and animal welfare standards
Ensuring the smooth and safe transport of animals, utilizing common software tools such as MS Office for coordination and tracking
Managing and coordinating the handling of large animal shipments, demonstrating strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain oversight under pressure
Acting as a key point of contact for customers during the import process, including professional communication, customer support, and handling of invoices and accompanying documentation

Requirements
Your profile - what you bring to the table:
Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training, or equivalent practical experience that allows you to hit the ground running
Solid expertise in air freight and logistics, with a strong understanding of efficient transportation processes
Class B driving license for maximum flexibility and mobility
Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and modern office communication tools
Strong team player with a passion for collaboration and contributing your own ideas
Ability to stay focused and adaptable, even in a 3-shift operation
Excellent knowledge of German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
