Sales Director for DACH Region
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the strategic DACH market. This is a high-impact role with real business development responsibilities.
Your mission will be to manage and develop existing accounts, winning new customers across the region, traveling regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions using CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools. You will also deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts, monitoring market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Account management and development to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
* New customer acquisition across the region
* Traveling to meet clients, understand challenges, and propose solutions
* Using CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues
* Delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts
* Monitoring market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven sales experience (ideally in the DACH region)
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP
* Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region
* Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
* A proven track record in business development
