Operations Manager, Enterprise Technology Security Systems – based in Frankfurt, Germany requires a working knowledge of enterprise access control systems (e.g. Lenel, S2, CCure, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec). Salary Range up to EUR 105,000 + company vehicle + benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global enterprise technology security systems company. The Operations Manager will lead all aspects of operations across Projects and Service in Germany, ensuring alignment with European business units and a consistent approach across regions.
This role covers the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales and solution design through project delivery, service, and aftercare. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and operational teams to ensure collaboration, high-quality delivery, and strong customer outcomes.

* Leading and managing project and service operations
* Driving process improvements and quality standards
* Supporting pre-sales and sales alignment
* Managing financial performance, including profitability and cost control
* Coaching and developing teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
The Person
* Recognised Project Management qualification
* Strong financial and contract management understanding
* Working knowledge of enterprise access control systems (e.g. Lenel, S2, CCure, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec)
* Working knowledge of CCTV and video management systems (e.g. Milestone, Genetec)
* 6–10+ years’ experience in electronic security systems
* 6–10+ years in leadership, project/programme management, and financial oversight
* Experience working with large enterprise customers (e.g. offices, warehousing, data centres)
