Join our Stuttgart team as an Office Manager, where you will enhance the office experience and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and overall office management
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve office procedures
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and service delivery
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and Health & Safety compliance
- Coordinate incoming mail, shipments, and meeting room reservations
- Support visitors and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Generate and analyse reports related to office space and equipment utilization
- Manage purchase orders and oversee internal procurement workflows
- Monitor, optimize, and plan office space utilization and workplace arrangements
- Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and reorganizations with management
- Conduct regular office inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
- Provide remote support and training to the Real Estate & Facilities team as needed
- on demand visits to our Echterdingen office
