Job Description:

* Overall accountability for production and operations across all regional sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and legal compliance.
* Define and implement regional operational strategies aligned with business goals and global standards.
* Manage costs, resources, and site improvements, including operational expenditure planning.
* Lead regional site managers, promote collaboration, and share best practices.
* Work closely with Supply Chain to meet production plans and improve efficiency.
* Develop personnel, foster a collaborative culture, and lead transformation initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering or Production Technology, preferably in the chemical industry, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience managing international chemical production sites, ideally with multipurpose plants.
* Deep knowledge of chemical processes and continuous improvement.
* Understanding of production networks and resilient frameworks.
* Experience in medium-sized, international companies with matrix organization navigation and hands-on management style.
* Ability to manage complex operations with strategic oversight, balancing short- and long-term goals, including ESHQ requirements.
* Strong leadership and communication skills across hierarchy levels.
* Inspirational leadership focused on empowerment and professional development.
* Analytical, decisive, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent English skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
