Senior Process Manager (GPO) SAP SF (m/f/d)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Process Manager SAP SF (Global Process Owner) with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our PHOENIX Corporate HR team. This critical role will be responsible for driving end-to-end global HR process excellence, system governance, and continuous improvement within our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
You will act as the strategic interface between International Competence Centers, business stakeholders, Country HR Leaders and IT, ensuring that global standards are defined, maintained, and continuously optimized in alignment with business needs.
Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional presence on site in HQ Mannheim
Your Tasks
1. Serve as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for core HR processes with focus Employee Central supported by SAP SuccessFactors
2. Define and lead global HR process design, standardization, and governance initiatives
3. Ensure best practices are embedded into HR operations and system configuration, balancing global consistency with local compliance
4. Drive and co-ordinate internal project management activities related to HR systems, HR technology initiatives and process initiatives
5. Lead change and release management processes for SAP SuccessFactors modules with main focus on Employee Central
6. Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption, and implement strategies for improvement
7. Ensure that all initiatives and measures introduced and rolled out are based on LEAN best practices
Your Profile
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
9. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience within HR operations or HRIS roles, with at least 5 years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central
10. Demonstrated experience as a Global Process Owner (GPO) for more than 5 years
11. Strong understanding of global HR processes, policies, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
12. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional HR projects in a matrixed organization with Project Management qualifications and the ability to challenge the status quo within an HR technology transformation context
13. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills in English, German is a plus
