You actively analyze business performance, prepare management reports, and derive strategic recommendations for decision-makers. You coordinate and manage strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment between teams and timely execution of deliverables. You contribute to business development by preparing proposals, investment decks, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You are eager to support M&A and corporate development activities, including target research, due diligence preparation, and post-merger integration. You identify and optimize internal processes, improving reporting structures, data transparency, and cross-functional collaboration. You act as a trusted partner to the Founders, managing multiple priorities independently and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. You bring a hands-on, can-do attitude, switching easily between high-level strategic work and detailed operational execution. What we require: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy or a related field. You have 3 years of professional experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, or a similar role. You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with numbers and have experience preparing business models, presentations and proposals. You have experience working with internal processes, optimising workflows and tracking execution. You have some exposure to M&A or transaction support - you understand the deal lifecycle, due diligence or integration processes. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You speak German and English fluently.
