Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying new business opportunities and securing orders.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
* Masters degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
* At least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components.
* Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
