We are looking for a Bauprojektmanager to shape the future of our companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various projects in the field of Fabrikplanung.
Your tasks:
* You will advise our national and international customers on the conception and project planning of efficient factory and warehouse structures.
* You will take over the calculation of costs and the creation of planning and realization schedules for concepts and plans for factory and production buildings.
* You will coordinate the interfaces between the individual planning departments, construction services and equipment suppliers, as well as participate in the tendering and awarding process.
* You will be responsible for project management, including timing, quality and cost control for construction and realization measures.
What we are looking for:
* A successful (economics) engineering degree with a focus on civil engineering, architecture or a similar field of study.
* Multiple years of professional experience in the field of Bauprojektmanagement and/or consulting - ideally with insights into different industries.
* Practical experience in all phases of performance.
* Travel readiness for various projects, as well as secure English language skills in word and writing.
* As an analytically, strategically and conceptually strong communication talent, you interact confidently on an international level as well as with all hierarchical levels.
