Als IT-Controller unterstützen Sie die wirtschaftliche Steuerung unserer IT-Abteilung durch Planung, Analyse und Kontrolle von IT-Kosten, Investitionen und Projekten. Dabei agieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und IT und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur strategischen Ausrichtung der IT.
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Erstellung, Überwachung und Analyse des IT-Budgets
2. Auswertung von Kostenstellen und Kostenträgern
3. Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und ROI-Analysen
4. Begleitung von IT-Projekten hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität
5. Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten und Risikoanalysen
6. Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung von IT-Investitionen
7. Entwicklung und Pflege von IT-spezifischen KPIs
8. Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsberichten
9. Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
10. Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
11. Bewertung und Controlling von IT-Investitionen
12. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Controlling und den Fachbereichen
Unsere Anforderungen
13. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
14. Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling, insbesondere im IT-Controlling
15. Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
16. Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
17. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
