Job Title:
Delivery & Service Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program
Job Location:
* Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
* IT/IP project delivery, support, maintenance, cutover, migration and troubleshooting,
* Help customers to build IT/IP network with availability and functionality to achieve their business goals
* Planning and execution of IT/IP network tests
* Interface with customers, perform customer demo and POC testing
* Provide technical support to customer and partner
Requirements:
* Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Telecommunications / ICT / Network Architecture or similar fields of studies
* Good understanding of networking technologies, including delivery Network product
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work with project teams located in different cities in Germany
Language requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in German
