Production Systems Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Production Systems Support Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment.
* Provide expert support for production-related systems and applications, with a focus on the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and its satellite systems.
* Maintain strong relationships with technical teams and production personnel to deliver timely and effective support.
* Participate in change management, testing, and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in IT or Engineering, along with relevant professional experience and expertise in SAP MII or similar MES systems.
