You will support the planning and execution of PR initiatives in close collaboration with local PR agencies and global teams. From coordinating press releases, media statements, and thought leadership articles to maintaining media lists and tracking coverage, you’ll ensure Inverto’s voice is present and impactful in the market. You’ll also take ownership of Inverto’s alumni communications, building lasting connections with our community. Internal communications & engagement. You will create engaging visual assets – from lock screens to email signatures – and take ownership of intranet landing pages, ensuring they meet evolving business needs. You’ll lead internal communications for seasonal activities and drive participation with creative campaigns that bring our culture to life. Impact through reporting & training. You will coordinate reporting for both global PR and internal communication campaigns, demonstrating impact with clear results. In addition, you’ll provide regular training to BST colleagues, empowering them to confidently use our intranet and other self-service offerings to communicate effectively. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, or internal communications (in-house or agency), ideally with exposure to both external and internal audiences. A keen eye for storytelling and the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to different stakeholders and formats. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with attention to detail and under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills – collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.
