Finance Manager - Your responsibilities:
* Working directly alongside the CFO on transversal projects, you participate in high-level strategic decisions, positioning yourself as a key architect of the group's financial trajectory.
* You lead the design and implementation of new post-merger procedures and optimize existing workflows, allowing you to structure a growing organization while sharpening your operational leadership.
* By overseeing reporting, budgeting, and cash management, you provide the critical insights necessary for rapid management action, making you an indispensable pillar of the finance department.

Finance Manager - Your profile:
* You bring a solid background in finance, typically gained over 5 years in a senior accounting, financial controlling, or audit role within the Luxembourgish financial market.
* You possess a strong command of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting standards (Lux GAAP/IFRS), ensuring high-quality data is always at the heart of the firm's strategy.
* Fluent in English and French, you can navigate complex discussions with diverse stakeholders and present financial concepts clearly to the board. All other languages are a plus.
