Cinemo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office Team. This is a part-time, onsite position, and presence in the office on Mondays and Fridays is essential. We are looking for a well-organized and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes positively to our office culture.
In this role, you will:
* Welcome and host customers, visitors, and guests while managing front desk operations
* Handle mail, deliveries, shipping, and office supply management
* Coordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service providers and suppliers
* Organize business travel arrangements for employees and applicants
* Support HR with onboarding activities for new employees
* Plan and coordinate internal events and office initiatives
What you will need to succeed:
* Education in hospitality, business administration, or a related commercial field
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* High reliability, attention to detail, and service orientation
* Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment
* Fluency in both German and English
