In this interface function, you will ensure the availability of materials for development, new construction and repair & overhaul and manage complex supply chain processes in an international environment.

Your tasks
7. Materials management: Ensuring the short and medium-term availability of materials for the areas of engine development, new construction and maintenance (MRO).
8. Material planning: Independent material planning and inventory optimization for a defined range of parts.
9. Supply chain management: Close cooperation with the global supply chain and monitoring of the supply chain (identification of deviations, non-conformity management).
10. Supplier management: assessment of delivery capability in critical situations, definition of specific delivery call-offs and monitoring of deadlines and delivery programs.
11. Process optimization: Planning and implementation of changes in requirements as well as monitoring and optimization of standard processes.
12. Complaints management: Managing return deliveries and repair orders as part of the complaints process.
Your profile
13. Qualifications: Completed technical or business studies (industrial engineering, business administration) or commercial/technical training with several years of professional experience in materials management/logistics.
14. Specialist knowledge: Sound practice in materials planning and logistics as well as experience with assembly and manufacturing processes.
15. Industry knowledge: Knowledge of engine technology and aviation law (EASA regulations for maintenance/manufacturing) is desirable.
16. IT skills: Confident handling of SAP and MS Office.
17. Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
18. Personality: Strong teamwork and communication skills, a confident manner towards suppliers and a high level of commitment.
