IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflowsRepresent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questionsDrive, support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices, including train-ing programsAct as Business Process Owner for Strategic Procurement (procure-to-pay process)Work with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement processOversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and key stakeholdersLead, coordinate and support overarching procurement projects and activitiesDevelop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement dataMonitor and report on procurement performanceEnsure compliance with procurement regulations and proceduresIntegration of new departments / functions / companies into Meditec Procurement organizationLeading PMI activities for Strategic ProcurementSupporting internal audits and audits from external authoritiesNational- and international travel activitiesYour profileProcurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes and modern procurement tools at a global levelExperienced in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business servicesExcellent communication skills and capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.Service-oriented capability to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goalsAnalytical, fact based, strong conceptual skills and able to make solid business casesFluent in English and preferable a 2nd language like German or FrenchGood knowledge in SAP-MM and MS-OfficeYour ZEISS Recruiting Team: Marina Löw, Melike Bostanci
