We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to drive the growth of our sensor business in Central Europe, primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage and expand key OEM accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead strategic sales initiatives. Success in this role requires strong customer relationship skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and internal teams.

Job Requirements

2. Own and grow revenue across assigned territories and key accounts
3. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to strategic growth areas
4. Establish and deepen executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at OEM customers
5. Lead and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability
6. Champion the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and solution offerings
7. Deliver forecast accuracy through active pipeline management and participation in the S&OP process
8. Represent TE Sensors at major trade shows, conferences, and customer events
9. Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, and Inside Sales to ensure exceptional customer delivery
10. Continuously analyse customer markets, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify new growth opportunities

What your background should look like

11. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
12. 3-5+ years of success in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development
13. Industry experience with Industrial, Medical, Aerospace, or Defence OEMs preferred
14. Technical knowledge of Sensors, Semiconductors, or Electro-mechanical Components is a strong advantage
15. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth
16. Fluent in German & English
17. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (>50%)
18. Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
19. Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, customer-focused approach, and high level of self-organization
