The Role
You will develop and execute a monthly trading plan campaign strategy, aligning with seasonal trends and key topics, and optimizing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
* Lead the monthly trading campaign strategy.
* Manage and optimize CRM campaigns (email and print), driving personalization and effectiveness, and manage the Senior CRM Manager.
* Develop, test, and execute META advertising campaigns with an internal media buyer.
* Implement structured A/B testing strategies to enhance campaigns and engagement.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
About You
The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, hunger to learn, and a desire to make an impact. The following skills and experiences are preferred:
* Experience in a DTC business, ideally in FMCG or beauty sectors.
* Essential experience with digital media buying.
* Proven success in Meta advertising, with case studies showcasing ROAS and CPA improvements.
* Strong expertise in campaign strategy, A/B testing, and performance marketing.
* Experience in CRM, including email marketing and print campaigns.
* Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing performance; familiarity with Asana and Tableau is a plus.
