JOB OPENING Title: Healthcare Recruiting Assistant Location: Hybrid Start Date: Immediately Job-Type: Part-Time – 30 hours (with potential to Fulltime) Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Assistant to join our team in our Sinsheim office.
In this role, you will support the full spectrum of the hiring process for French Consulting matters—from identifying staffing needs and verifying credentials (as required) to shortlisting candidates and closing successful hires.
You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for healthcare positions while ensuring an efficient and well-organized recruitment process.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
1. Key Responsibilities: Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, technicians, administrative staff) Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (JazzHR) and candidate records Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credential verification Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or healthcare administration is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Preferred Skills: Familiarity with healthcare roles and credentialing requirements Experience with high-volume recruiting environments Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Work Environment: Office or hybrid work setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting healthcare operations -- French Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
