MANPOWER Luxembourg SA is seeking a Procurement & Digital Project Assistant to join one of our clients, a renowned international company operating in Luxembourg. This role is part of the General Procurement department and supports both digital initiatives and procurement activities across multiple business areas.
Your missions:
1. Project Management
* Support the testing and development of new digital initiatives within General Procurement.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and Marketing categories, following their guidelines.
* Perform market scouting and analysis, especially related to POS materials.
* Conduct initial assessments of current processes ("as-is analysis").
* Verify suppliers' compliance with internal policies.
* Execute vendor risk management procedures.
* Prepare RFPs for multi-area tenders.
* Provide specific support to multi-country regions.
2. Procurement Activities
* Maintain procurement databases and update pricing information.
* Create purchase orders (POs).
* Create goods receipts (GRs).
* Follow up on deliveries and ensure smooth operational flow.
3. Internal Stakeholder Management
* Liaise with internal business stakeholders.
* Coordinate closely with local procurement teams.
Your profile:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience in Procurement, Digital, or Project Management is an asset.
4. Proactive mindset with strong supplier and contract management awareness.
5. Curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
6. Team-oriented with a strong business mindset.
7. Able to maintain a positive and proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
8. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
