As a Senior Controller, you’ll act as the strategic and analytical partner to our Finance Director, taking an essential role in managing and optimizing the financial performance of our international group. You’ll help shape a strong, data-driven finance organization that supports growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Partner with the Finance Director in managing group-wide financial performance
Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities
Enhance and standardize controlling process
Drive automation and digitalization through Power BI, SAP and LucaNet
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG, trading or manufacturing
Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and LucaNet
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, German is a plus
Business partner mindset with a proactive hands-on approach

Verantwortung für das operative und strategische Controlling nationaler und internationaler Gesellschaften
Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten zu Profitabilität, Investitionen und Effizienzsteigerung
Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Controlling-Prozesse
Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung (Power BI, SAP, LucaNet)
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Controlling, Finanzen, Accounting oder ähnliches)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im FMCG-, Handels- oder Produktionsumfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Power BI und LucaNet
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse
