About the Role To strengthen our team at PiNTeam GmbH, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands both the human and business sides of a scaling engineering company. You will serve as the trusted bridge between our employees and management — maintaining objectivity, fairness, and a clear understanding of what drives our business. This is not a purely administrative role: we are looking for someone with strategic instincts, hands-on experience in SME environments, and a genuine passion for developing people. What You Will Do Support and coordinate the full recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring engineering talent. Drive employee development initiatives — identifying growth paths and supporting team members at every stage of their career. Act as a neutral, objective point of contact for conflict resolution, ensuring both employee and management perspectives are heard and addressed fairly. Coordinate and improve internal communication across teams and locations (Germany and Romania). Maintain regular, visible presence in the office to build trust, rapport, and relationships across the team. Support leadership in organizational decisions with HR insights that are grounded in business reality. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5–10 years of HR experience within technology or engineering companies. Proven track record in a scale-up or SME environment, you are comfortable building processes, not just executing them. Hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineers. Strong knowledge of organizational psychology and how to apply it practically. German native speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken). Solid understanding of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht). Beneficial Skills & Experience Background or exposure to the automotive embedded software industry. Experience in multicultural or international team environments. Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR).
