Senior Application Specialist
The primary goal of the Senior Application Specialist is to maintain and optimize the effectiveness of our application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a high-level support contact for internal stakeholders, addressing application-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Enhance the IT service management knowledge base with comprehensive application support processes and user-centric articles.
* Oversee the lifecycle management of designated applications, including road-mapping, licensing, integration, user training, support, and upgrades.
* Provide expert advice to business stakeholders on new application functionalities, utilizing established communication channels.
* Collaborate with various IT teams and external vendors to define and establish necessary environments for testing and deploying new releases.
* Pursue continuous improvement initiatives, developing and maintaining relevant guidelines and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
* Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Methodical approach to analysis and documentation.
