Key Responsibilities:
* Expand our roaming network by acquiring new partners and developing existing collaborations.
* Lead negotiations, manage partner relationships, and coordinate technical onboarding of new roaming partners.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to derive strategic growth measures.
* Support customer onboarding and provide expert guidance on roaming-related topics.
* Shape key areas of our growth strategy.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent training - ideally with business or technical background.
* Experience in acquiring and negotiating partnerships and a willingness to tackle complex topics with a strategic mindset.
* Ability to work in a structured way, set clear priorities, and quickly get up to speed on new subjects.
* Fluency in English (German is a plus), strong communication skills, and comfort navigating both technical and commercial processes.
* Team player with initiative and willing to travel occasionally, excited to contribute in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
