Customer Service Specialist – Germany

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our customer service operations. In this role, you'll drive key service processes behind the scenes, ensuring that our agents can deliver a premium experience to consumers across Germany.
You’ll take ownership of tasks ranging from spare parts forecasting and lifecycle tracking to stock monitoring and order accuracy. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, technical curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be part of a passionate team where your actions have a visible impact—not only in Germany, but across our entire EMEA service network.
What you’ll do
* Forecast spare parts demand using IBP, including new product launches and lifecycle updates
* Monitor stock levels, flag risks, and suggest actions (e.g. airfreight, stock transfers)
* Track and report on backorders, phase-ins/outs, and cost implications
* Manage and resolve SAP (EMORD) stuck orders and ensure order accuracy
* Reject outdated/blocked orders to keep systems clean and reliable
* Support agents and supervisors with product queries and internal coordination
* Ensure team access to technical documentation and product schematics
* Own administrative tasks related to the DACH region and continuously improve service processes
* Act as a point of contact for system-related questions and day-to-day disruptions
What you’ll bring
* Completed commercial training (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung)
* Experience in customer service, ideally in a structured or technical environment
* Analytical mindset with a knack for data and process improvement
* Fluent English skills (German a strong plus)
* Confident in SAP, MS Office, CRM, Zendesk, and payment/order systems
* Experience with forecasting, lifecycle management, and project coordination
* Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset and team-oriented approach
