Job Title Information Security Manager (all genders) A market‑leading software development company is looking to hire an Information Security Manager in Berlin. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office per week. The business develops software solutions to help customers optimise the flow of energy & materials, with the goal of making them more renewable, sustainable and efficient. Responsibilities Review tool requests from a security perspective, design and execute processes. Design and improve business continuity management procedures. Coordinate customer audits and ensure compliance with client requirements. Apply security risk management, security compliance and governance best practices. Maintain and enhance cloud security posture. Qualifications Technical background, preferably with experience in another software development company. Successfully implemented and rolled out SOC 2, and designed ISMS systems. Knowledge of ISO 27001, TISAX and related frameworks. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. German‑speaking skills are a big bonus; a minimum desire to learn German is required.
