We are currently looking for a motivated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to support us in our offices in Meerbusch.
Your job with us:
1. Independent payroll preparation and processing
2. Management and maintenance of payroll accounts and master data
3. Correspondence with social security institutions and the tax office
4. Accompanying payroll tax and social security audits
5. Support and maintenance of the personnel management system. Manage the relationships with any external vendors.
6. Contact person for employees and managers in matters relating to payroll and HR administration
7. Operation, maintenance and administration of time recording
8. Implementation of personnel activities and personnel administration along the entire employee life cycle (including M&A projects)
9. Provide expert payroll advice to HR team and management with regards any projects, including M&A activity
10. Stay updated on German payroll laws and regulations, ensuring payroll processing is always compliant with legal requirements.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient payroll procedures.
12. Streamline payroll workflow and find opportunities for simplification and harmonisation of practices and processes, to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
13. Continuous further development and improvement of Payroll and wider HR processes.Active participation in HR projects

Your skills matter:
15. Relevant qualification or demonstrable vocational training in Payroll or Payroll related discipline.
16. Adequate professional experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable position
17. Strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with people and working in a team
18. Independent, solution-oriented and diligent
19. IT affinity and enjoy working with HR programs and tools
20. Very good Excel and MS Office skills
21. Preferably knowledge of Success factors and Microsoft Navision
22. Very good knowledge of German and English
23. Able to locate from office in Meerbusch
