With a strong focus on digital innovation and sustainable impact, they are looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to take ownership of IT-related sourcing and supplier strategy. What You'll Be Doing Lead strategic sourcing for IT hardware (servers, laptops, networking, security devices, licenses) and telecommunication services. Oversee operational procurement processes and ensure alignment with broader business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product management, IT, and sales to define procurement needs and priorities. Analyze procurement data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Manage tenders and negotiate contracts with both local and international suppliers. Develop sourcing strategies that foster innovation, cost-efficiency, and long-term value. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Take ownership of high-value contracts and ensure successful execution from sourcing to delivery. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the healthcare or tech sector. Deep knowledge of IT hardware and software procurement; telecom experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale contracts. Proficiency in SAP MM (ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA), MS Excel, and Office365. A degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Full professional proficiency in English; German skills are highly desirable.
