Aufgaben: You support project organization as well as the planning and conceptual design of new training courses and modules related to Cardiovascular Care You support the creation of new training materials, e.g., video shoots, photo and video editing, PowerPoint, etc. You will help us to manage education content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and create reports as well as conduct analyses Together with the team, you manage participant administration and support live online as well as on-site trainings You will support us to coordinate with subject matter experts and/or external partners to create training content Qualifikation: You are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree program in Medicine, Business, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field You are for a longer-term (at least for one year) available You are confident using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and, if applicable, Conceptboard) and ideally have basic knowledge of photo and video editing or graphic design Ideally, you have already gained initial hands-on experience in organizing projects and/or in a professional training/continuing education environment A background in medicine/healthcare is a strong plus You have very good communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage You quickly learn to work with new tools You have a strong affinity for education and training as well as the psychology of learning You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized manner and bring a proactive and creative way of working Are you curious and education in a medical environment is a fun topic for you?
