Sales Growth Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting scientific products to technical clients.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and work with the engineering team to provide customized solutions.
* Develop relationships with sales partners worldwide and establish annual sales targets.
* Prepare and submit quotes, manage order processing, and address client needs.
* Organize client visits, product presentations, and represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets for our products.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Relevant education in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Photonics, Metrology).
* Experience selling complex, technically advanced products to international clients.
* Proficiency in both German and English with presentation and negotiation skills.
* A collaborative and independent personality with strong MS Office/LibreOffice skills.
