Key Responsibilities:
* Execute strategic sourcing initiatives for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, with a focus on European suppliers.
* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in French-speaking markets.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies.
* Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier analysis to inform procurement decisions.
* Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support continuous improvement and cost optimization in logistics sourcing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in logistics.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
* Knowledge of European logistics markets and supply chain operations.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
