What is the job waiting for you? Manage the sales of Temsa vehicles within a defined region or country Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Oversee the sale of an organization's products in a specified district, including sourcing and selecting dealers and other distributors. Maintain effective Customer Relationship Management Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems What we are looking for? 5 - 7 years of sales experience, at least 3 years of bus and automotive industry experience. Reside in Germany Good communication skills – both written and verbal are a must Influencing and negotiation skills Excellent command of written and spoken German, as well as English, is preferred. Analytical, using initiative No restrictions on travel. TEMSA offers the following benefits: Sales Commission will be provided in accordance with company policy.
