We are currently looking for an experienced Interface Manager to join a major industrial project in Dresden at the earliest possible start date.
Location: Dresden, Germany
Duration: 2-year project (starting immediately)
Languages: German & English (both required)
About the Role
As an Interface Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing technical and organizational interfaces between different project stakeholders, contractors, and engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate interfaces between project stakeholders, contractors, and engineering teams
* Ensure clear communication and documentation of all technical interfaces
* Identify and mitigate interface-related risks and conflicts
* Support project planning, integration, and delivery across multiple disciplines
* Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, construction, and project management teams
Experience
* Proven experience as an Interface Manager or in a similar coordination/project management role on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in complex, multi-contractor project environments
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Civil Engineering with M&E knowledge
Fluent in German and English
