We are currently looking for a full-time Area Manager of Mini Branches Expansion in Nova Post Germany
Tasks
* Lead the expansion of the mini-branch network by identifying new locations, coordinating launches, and ensuring smooth operational setup.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships through effective negotiations, agreement management, and stakeholder communication.
* Oversee service quality and ensure full compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Manage and support on-site teams through regular meetings, performance oversight, and operational coordination.
* Monitor network KPIs and implement timely corrective and improvement measures.
* Handle non-standard client cases and initiate operational adjustments, including transport schedule optimization.
* Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive further network growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business expansion and launching new locations.
* Strong business negotiation skills.
* Experience in partner acquisition and contract management.
* German — B1+ (required).
* English — B2+ (a strong advantage).
