The main aim of this role is to assume full responsibility for Spare Parts Business Growth across EMEA, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction at EMEA level for the Spare Parts division.
You will have a small number of Key Accounts yourself which you will manage as well as managing and motivating a small team of Sales Specialists and Account Managers.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities
5. Management of the Spare Part Sales and Sales Key Account Management team across EMEA.
6. Full accountability of the Spare Parts Order Intake budget
7. Responsible for forecasting and budget planning in close coordination with business controller, market leaders and local order management teams
8. Establishing, monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction at EMEA level for the Spare Parts division.
9. Responsible for increasing the spare parts business / developing new sales strategies, sales promotion measures.
10. Identify sales measures and global sales initiatives
11. Implementation of a continuous improvement process to increase order intake the spare parts business
12. Partnering with Order Management teams to meet customers need
Knowledge and qualifications
13. Several years of experience in a comparable position
14. Good strategic planning skills to build and expand a P&L organization.
15. Strong communication skills (telephone + personal)
16. Several years of experience in pro-active sales
17. Very good analytical skills
18. Fluent in English, other EU languages will be a plus point
19. You are proficient in using the leading MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams etc.)
20. You have a high sense of responsibility.
