We are looking for an a strategic, data-driven Specialist to join our Corporate Account management team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Pure Player account business across ELC brands in 10+ markets and includes ownership of the Account marketing calendar and coop budget, leading media campaign set-up and driving the commercial business. This role requires strong stakeholder and project management skills, data-driven decision-making and the ability to collaborate across EMEA/DACH teams and external retail and agency partners.

YOUR MISSION IN BEAUTY

1. Serve as the main contact for EMEA/DACH brand teams and Pure Player account for media campaigns and execution as well as monthly brand performance updates
2. Ensure seamless alignment and effective communication with internal teams, external Pure Player account and media agency
3. Lead onsite/offsite campaign set-up incl. campaign brief and objectives, campaign copy, asset selection and cropping in close alignment with EMEA brand teams as well as media plan review with agency and Paid Media teams
4. Track real-time campaign performance, proactively align media optimizations with external agency and EMEA Growth Hacking Retail Media Expert as well as ensure actionable reporting for future media improvements and efficiency
5. Collaborate with EMEA Growth Hacking Retail Media Expert to develop strategic media plans, optimize campaign budgets and leverage data insights
6. Manage co-created multi-branded campaigns with external Creative agency and EMEA creative teams, ensuring target audience relevance and timely execution
7. Support Account Coordinator in ongoing e-merchandising updates (e.g. PDPs, Brand Boutique, Campaign Landing Pages)
8. Assist Account Manager in achieving monthly sales targets and month-end processes, proactively addressing business and performance risks
9. Prepare monthly EMEA Business Reports for a leadership audience, analyzing overall brand performance and linking brand results to campaign, product, and consumer insights
10. Support Account Manager in strategic retailer projects (e.g. Strategy decks and reports for leadership audience, retailer-led Advent calendars, Events etc.)

YOUR GLOW-DNA

19. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
20. Degree in marketing, business administration, management or a comparable qualification
21. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
22. Team player with a proactive and hands-on mentality, flexibility to work in a fast-paced environme
23. Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
24. Commercial and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from data; fluent in gleaning insights and summarizing performance in a way that can be easily digested
25. Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and media campaign management
26. Familiarity with influencer marketing, A/B testing, and multi-channel campaigns
27. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Power BI and SAP
28. Fluent in English as we work with international external partners and EMEA brand teams daily
