Our clientis a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and execution of audits across various areas of the bank
2. Assist in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements MaRisk, DORA)
3. Help identify risks and process weaknesses and contribute to the development of improvement measures
4. Participate in the analysis and evaluation of IT-supported processes and control systems
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control system (ICS)
6. Support major projects from an audit perspective to help ensure regulatory compliance
7. Assist in preparing audit reports and documenting findings in a clear and structured manner
Requirements
8. A university degree in business law, finance, IT, or a related field — or a completed banking apprenticeship with initial relevant experience (banking, consulting, or audit)
9. A structured, independent, and reliable working style
10. Willingness to continuously expand your knowledge, particularly in regulatory topics MaRisk, EBA, CRR)
11. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
12. Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
13. Fluent German (written and spoken); good English skills are also required
