As part of continued growth and investment in next-generation products, they are looking to hire a Director of Analog Design to lead global analog IC development, drive technical strategy, and build high‑performing engineering teams across multiple international design centres.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long‑term analog and mixed‑signal design strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives

Translate business priorities into actionable engineering plans and drive execution across global design teams

Lead innovation initiatives across analog design methodologies, IP development, verification approaches, and engineering processes

Influence future technology direction and contribute to broader engineering and organisational strategy

Key Requirements

15+ years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design within the semiconductor industry

Proven leadership experience managing analog design teams

Demonstrated success delivering complex semiconductor products from concept through tape‑out and production
