As an SEA/PPC expert, you’ll play a key role in scaling our paid search activities and driving high-quality traffic and leads to our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they’re aligned with our local market strategy. What you'll do: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for the Canadian market Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages Collaborate with analytics, product, and content teams to align on campaign goals and performance Monitor market trends, explore new ad formats and channels, and test innovative growth tactics Report on performance and insights, and provide strategic recommendations What you'll bring: 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially PPC/SEA Proven success managing Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns at scale Experience managing large budgets and forecasting scenarios A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
