???? Your Responsibilities
* Create and acquire new customers within a defined sales area.
* Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses.
* Generate new business by creating interest and engaging with potential customers at an early stage.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their business needs.
* Present software and IT solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
* Support the company’s growth by securing new opportunities and contributing to sales targets.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements:
* Native-level German and fluent English, both verbal and written.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive.
* Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR.
* Previous experience in software, IT products, services, or solutions is highly valued.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Confident working with small and medium-sized business clients.
* Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
* Interest in technology, software, and SaaS sales environments.
Offer:
* Permanent contract with a starting date on June 2026.
* Gross annual salary of €26,000 plus uncapped bonus.
* Bonus scheme: €200 gross for deals closed worth up to €10,000.
* Bonus scheme: €300 gross for deals closed worth above €10,000.
* Flexible work model: choose between hybrid or fully remote work, based on your preference.
* Working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
* Work equipment provided by Salescode.
* Onsite presence at the Salescode Athens premises required during the first 1–2 weeks of training, with expenses covered.
* Occasional onsite presence required when clients visit, around 2–3 times per year, with expenses covered.
