We are seeking a seasoned HR governance professional to lead and coordinate our service governance team responsible for workforce data management, payroll, knowledge management, internal control system & audits, and service governance standards.
This role requires a strong background in HR shared services, data management, and outsourced services, with experience in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring SLA compliance.
Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise to the service team, overseeing end-to-end process transitions, developing and maintaining governance frameworks, identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, establishing reporting mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for HR service governance.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR management, accounting, finance, law business administration, or a related field, and several years of experience in leadership positions in HR shared services, HR operations, or supplier management.
