Day by day, our Tech & Product Team of about 400 experts pursues the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for our online marketplace. Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
* (Senior) Product Strategy & Growth Consultant (all genders) in our dynamic team, you will leverage your generalist profile to lead impactful projects and larger programs
* Your expertise in effective stakeholder management will be key as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on our shared goals and priorities
* In this role, you will promote transparency within the product organization, fostering alignment across teams regarding our objectives
* By identifying and implementing efficiency levers, you will drive organizational growth and enhance our processes, positioning us for future success in a competitive environment
* You will nurture an environment that fosters ongoing learning and knowledge exchange among your colleagues
* Your efforts will propel our initiatives forward and motivate teams to pursue excellence
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
* You are an experienced generalist with a strong background in project and / or strategy consulting within a product-driven organization - previous product management experience is a plus, but not a must have
* Your hands-on, solution-oriented approach allows you to excel in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with pragmatism and efficiency
* You manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that each project receives the attention it deserves - with a strong analytical mindset, you build partnerships and make data-driven decisions
* You measure your success against clear KPIs, ensuring your contributions significantly impact the organization
* Driven by a passion for your work and a deep understanding of current e-commerce trends, you communicate effectively and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to top executives
