The role is based in the Goettingen area, Germany.What the job involvesServing as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the investorDeveloping and executing financial strategies in alignment with the company's growth objectivesBuilding a best-in-class finance function, including the implementation of robust controlling and reporting structuresProviding detailed financial analysis, insights and benchmarks to support strategic decision-makingDelivering accurate financial reporting to management and shareholders, along with ad-hoc analysesOverseeing budget planning, financial controls, forecasting and financial statement reportingIdentifying, implementing and optimising management information systems and KPI frameworksManaging cash flow, liquidity, working capital and capital structureOverseeing all tax-related mattersManagement of financial reporting requirements under the leverage financingProspectively, leading financing processes and driving M&A transactions, including ensuring seamless post-merger integrationsContinuously improving and streamlining finance processes, controls and reporting toolsLeading organisational optimisation and transformation initiativesServing as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, incl. investors, banks, auditors and tax advisorsWho we are looking forUniversity degree in business administration, finance or a related fieldRelevant professional experience as a Head of Finance in a small- to mid-cap company, with a proven track record of delivering significant commercial results and driving changeExperience within a PE-backed company is a plus, as well as a successful track record of M&A transactions and post-merger integrationsCarve-out experience is advantageousBackground in the healthcare and/or manufacturing sector is beneficialStrong finance expertise, with deep controlling and accounting knowledgeHands-on, self-driven mindset, eager to make an impact in a growing environmentAnalytical and data-driven approach, with excellent problem-solving skillsStrategic thinker with a modern, inclusive, and empathetic leadership styleStrong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
