Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly- skilled professionals to join as Account Strategists (with a native level of Hebrew) to join our growing company in Barcelona.


Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Google Ads services.
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.
* Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
* Develop strategies to expand the customer base and enhance sales performance.
* Monitor competitors' products and services to inform sales strategies.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Qualifications

* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work towards sales targets in a dynamic environment.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.

* Full-time position (39 hours/week).
* This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
* Salary: 27.370€ gross/year + up 4.830€ gross/year in bonus.
