Your Mission Objectives
1. Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing ensuring seamless execution and high conversion rates.
2. Collaborate with senior executives to define and implement an end-to-end sales process optimize lead management pipeline development and closing strategies.
3. You are hands-on and own the sales process for key accounts.
4. Establish clear revenue targets and develop actionable plans to meet and exceed them.
5. Grow lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focusing on recruitment training performance management and professional growth.
6. Oversee sales metrics using CRM tools ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Continuously improve sales processes tools and methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications
* 8+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in scaling a metrics-driven SaaS sales team at a rapidly growing technology company.
* Wide breadth of experience working with senior executives from different industries.
* Experience cultivating strong co-selling partnerships and channel sales operations.
* Ability to share vision compellingly understand and define requirements design practical solutions develop supporting business cases and implement solutions for prospects and partners.
