 
        
        As a HR Communication Specialist (Intern), you’ll support our HR department in enhancing how we communicate within the organization. Your work will help employees better understand internal processes, organizational updates, and the value of cross-functional collaboration.
 1. Assist in developing and maintaining internal communication platforms (., SharePoint).
 2. Create visual content such as infographics, banners, and internal newsletters.
 3. Design and document workflows to simplify complex HR processes.
 4. Support the rollout of organizational updates and initiatives.
 5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather and present information clearly.
 6. Help improve employee engagement through creative communication strategies.
 7. Currently enrolled in a college program (preferably in Communication, Design, Art, or related fields).
 8. Strong interest in visual design, communication, and organizational culture.
 9. Basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, or similar.
 10. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is located at the Europe Central Administration Offices in Frankfurt. Applicants must reside locally.
